Pre-Orders

As part of our strategy to deliver our eco-friendly product sustainably, with little to no waste, we are thrilled to announce that we are exclusively taking pre-orders on launch day of each new collection.

Here's how our pre-order process works...

• On launch day, our new product line will only be available for preorder.
• All available pre order items can be found under our pre order shopping tab.
• You will be charged upon ordering and sent an email when your order has been dispatched.
• Want to exchange your pre-ordered item once it arrives? You can return pre-ordered items in their original condition with all tags still attached for an exchange. Just follow the instructions on your slip. (Note: there are no exchanges for on-sale items.)
• Don't forget to follow us on Instagram @kinki_swim to be the first to know about product launches, prizes and special offers.

How long will my order take to arrive?

All pre-ordered items will be take up to 30 days to arrive from the date of purchase. Please wait until the estimated shipping time has elapsed before contacting us for an order update. You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order is on its way to you. If you have any issues after the estimated time frame, please email info@kinkiswim.com.
