Refund policy
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
If you find a full-priced item from our store isn't fitting quite right, we're happy to exchange it for another size by issuing you a refund via store credit (minus original shipping charges). The following conditions apply:

Unworn items must be returned within 7 days of delivery date

Unworn items must have hygiene sticker in place and all swing tags attached

Unworn items must be returned in original Kinki Swim packaging
To be eligible for a refund/exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Please refer to our size chart if you have any questions about sizing before purchasing a Kinki bikini; if you still have questions on sizing, email us at support@kinkiswim.com so that we can help you find the right fit!
HOW DO I CREATE AN EXCHANGE?
Please log into your customer account to initiate the return process. Simply click "Request return" next to "Buy again" under the item you wish to return, select the reason, and complete your request. Once we approve your return, you'll receive a return label from our Fulfillment team. Then once we receive the returned item, we'll issue your store credit and send you an email notification.
ARE EXCHANGES FREE?
Kinki Swim does not pay for or reimburse the cost of returning an item to us when you make an exchange.
DOES MY STORE CREDIT EXPIRE?
Store credit and gift cards do not have an expiration date; they can be used at any time.
WHERE CAN I USE MY STORE CREDIT OR GIFT CARD?
On our website. Simply enter the code to use your store credit or gift card when you check out.
I ORDERED SOMETHING, AND NOW IT'S ON SALE. WILL YOU MATCH THE NEW PRICE?
Orders placed before a sale are not eligible for refunds once the sale begins.
SALE ITEMS
All sale items are final, we do not accept exchanges or returns on sales or promotions.
WHAT IF I RECEIVE A DAMAGED ITEM?
We're happy to help with any issues you may have with our product. In the unlikely event you receive a faulty item, please initiate the returns process immediately from your customer account or contact us ASAP at support@kinkiswim.com so we can begin the exchange process.
When returning swimwear, Kink Swim will refund the cost of shipping and reimburse you if we deem the item to be faulty. However, we cannot accept returns on items lost in transit or damaged during return shipping; please make sure that your package arrives safely by using a courier service with tracking.
Once you return your item to us and we determine that it is defective, we will issue a store credit so that you may repurchase the same item or another of similar value.
